Laptop City Hall: Mayor Soglin says we should all go sit on problem benches on State Street

Remember the spat last fall over a couple of benches on State Street? The owners of a few businesses on the 500 block asked that they be removed because, they said, panhandlers and drug dealers hung out on them.
