On Sunday, a laptop was found lying in the middle of the street. Police took the computer into custody and while attempting to locate its owner, found child pornography. Police determined the computer belonged to Jonathan Dempsey, 33 of Harrisburg. Dempsey, already a Megan’s Law Offender, was arrested and charged with four counts of child pornography.
